The Living Source Sanctuary at High Rock

The The Living Source Sanctuary at High Rock is a small retreat center nestled in the woods of the CT suburbs about 75 miles from New York City, and it is also our home.

During Covid, we started welcoming travelers here for respite and restoration. We lovingly prepared the space where they’d rest, dug a fire pit in our yard and enhanced our gardens. We hosted outdoor concerts. We served great coffee in the morning to overnight guests. We shaped our home as a gathering place of love, for travelers and our local community at a time when many felt isolated, restricted and fearful. 

We turned this challenging time in world history to an opportunity to weave a more beautiful world. 

The Gathering Center at High Rock was born.

Today we secure select weekends in our AirBnb guest calendar to host intentional gatherings around seasonal themes for small groups. Some attendees book onsite rooms (we currently have two) and others stay locally. All share activities and meals on site.

We can also customize your solo stay with healing and wellness extras.

We hold community fire ceremonies on our land to introduce others to an ancient practice that brightens the light we are in this world. 

By appointment, the sanctuary is also available for visitors, self-directed and supported retreats for the local community.
